  • Objective: Increase awareness of the Benefit deficit discomfort or Benefit-based gain.

1. “We have some options in this area. If now is a good time, let me ask you a couple of quick questions so that I can get you the right information.”
2. “Before we go too much further, can I ask whether you have _____ (ask knockout qualifying questions)?”
